Role overview
IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for Holiday Inn Auckland Airport. This role is focused on building a strong people experience by keeping HR operations organised, supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle, and helping create a workplace where team members feel encouraged to develop and succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Design and support initiatives that contribute to a healthy, positive employee culture.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities from start to finish.
- Provide assistance with payroll tasks and broader HR administration.
- Coordinate training, learning and development, and performance review cycles.
- Maintain employee records and help ensure adherence to applicable employment legislation, internal policies, and procedures.
