Role Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator will be a key member of the Administration Team, reporting directly to the Principal and collaborating with senior leadership to oversee operational HR functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee induction programs and new employee onboarding.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, visa regulations, and other compliance requirements.
  • Track probation periods and prepare necessary confirmation documentation.
  • Administer staff leave records and oversee absence management.
  • Support performance management initiatives and employee relations.
  • Prepare various HR correspondence such as salary certificates, employment confirmations, and contract amendments.
  • Coordinate with government agencies concerning employment documentation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
