About the Role
We seek an energetic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support our rapidly expanding organization. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, manage the employee lifecycle, and lead strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for specific business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, managing offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and design efficient recruiting strategies.
- Develop and nurture candidate pools using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and implement improvements to streamline hiring activities.
- Work alongside leadership to facilitate organizational development and workforce planning efforts.
- Advise on employee relations, oversee performance management, foster employee engagement, and support talent development.
- Manage key employee processes including onboarding, probation assessments, promotions, and separations.
- Guide managers on addressing employee concerns in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, HR policy enhancement, organizational development, and HR process optimization.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights supporting business decision-making.
- Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and leading HR projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and human resource information systems (HRIS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in startup environments or fast-scaling companies.
- Background supporting departments such as sales, operations, marketing, or corporate functions.
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employment practices is advantageous.
Language Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
- Professional-level English communication skills are required.
