Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Americas, you will act as a strategic advisor to U.S. leadership teams, fostering high-performing teams and enhancing organizational effectiveness to achieve Rithum’s business goals. Your role encompasses advising on organizational change, talent management, performance processes, employee relations, and workforce planning while nurturing an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with U.S. leaders to provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with VP of HR & Talent Management to translate business objectives into effective people strategies.
- Support organizational design, team effectiveness, and manage change initiatives that enable business growth.
- Utilize workforce data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities, driving informed HR decisions.
- Drive talent engagement, support performance management systems, coaching, succession planning, and employee development.
- Work with leaders and HR functions to clarify roles, support organizational design, and align work with career frameworks.
- Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and workplace inclusivity.
- Address employee relations issues fairly and promptly, balancing business needs with employee experience.
- Collaborate across HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Total Rewards, Legal, and People Operations to deliver seamless HR solutions.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve HR service delivery, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices ensuring compliance and effective policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including roles as HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- Proven expertise advising leaders on performance, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Strong skills in analyzing workforce data to support strategic HR decisions.
- Excellent business acumen with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Effective consulting, coaching, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity through research, communication, automation, and decision-making.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in HR Business Partner roles, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR), and experience with organizational transformation and multinational teams.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 per annum, varying by location and experience. Additionally, non-sales roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus of approximately 10% of base salary.
