Role Overview
As a Human Resource Generalist working remotely, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, conduct employee onboarding, organize training sessions, and maintain HR documentation. Your role includes monitoring employee performance, attendance, probation periods, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and discipline standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including resume screening and interview coordination.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
- Arrange and manage employee training initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR documents.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and probation status.
- Enforce discipline, accountability, and adherence to HR processes.
- Work closely with management on hiring, training, and talent development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency in English and excellent command of Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous follow-up capabilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace tools.
- Dedicated home workspace, reliable internet access, and personal laptop are essential.
