Role Overview
The HSE Supervisor / Officer role is focused on maintaining safe work conditions at a construction site in Dammam. The position involves monitoring day-to-day safety practices, making sure workers follow required protective measures, and escalating any unsafe situation or incident.
Key Duties
- Carry out routine safety checks across the site each day.
- Make sure safety rules are followed and that personal protective equipment is being used correctly.
- Document and report accidents, near misses, and any hazardous conditions observed on site.
Qualifications
- A recognized HSE certification is required; NEBOSH or IOSH is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction-related HSE work is expected.
- Prior experience working with Aramco is an added advantage.
