About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable candidates using online job platforms.
- Conduct the full recruitment process, including initial screening and interviews.
- Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment activities.
- Utilize leading job portals efficiently to find and attract talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience using major job search portals for talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior in-house recruitment experience is required.
