HR Recruiter

Overview

We seek a proactive and dependable HR Recruiter to oversee daily human resource functions, support recruitment efforts, manage documentation, and streamline HR operations. This role requires strong communication abilities, foundational HR expertise, and proficiency in multitasking.

Main Duties

• Oversee everyday HR activities and facilitate employee coordination.
• Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records, track attendance, and handle HR documentation.
• Manage joining procedures and onboarding new hires effectively.
• Act as liaison to address employee HR-related inquiries.
• Compile HR reports, maintain trackers, and generate management information systems (MIS) data.
• Support payroll input, leave tracking, and attendance management efforts.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and support internal HR programs.
• Ensure confidentiality of all employee information.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies through accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with management and various departments to fulfill HR requirements.
