Job Overview

The HR Manager role involves comprehensive oversight of all human resources activities at The Organic Farm. This includes managing workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, performance assessment, and maintaining smooth HR processes. The role caters to both administrative staff and operational personnel working on the farm, ensuring all functions align with company objectives, ADCG's HR standards, and UAE legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for positions across farm operations and corporate departments.
• Create workforce plans tailored to seasonal demands and operational needs.
• Coordinate staffing efforts for technical, administrative, and labor roles.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor legislation and internal policies.
• Oversee processing of visas, labor cards, and other employee documents.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage payroll inputs, allowances, and employee benefits.
• Track leaves precisely and calculate end-of-service benefits.
• Assist in salary benchmarking and periodic compensation evaluations.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and appropriately.
• Foster a positive work environment for both office and farm employees.
• Support conflict resolution and facilitate constructive performance discussions.
• Implement performance management systems including KPI frameworks.
• Work with department heads to assess and nurture staff performance.
• Align individual performance objectives with organizational goals.
• Develop, introduce, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws as well as health and safety standards.
• Support audit processes concerning HR and compliance.
• Identify training requirements across departments.
• Design and deliver training programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to leadership development and succession planning efforts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Preference for candidates with background in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and governmental procedures.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage a diverse, multi-cultural workforce in a farm operational setting.
