About the Role

This permanent HR Advisor position is based in Dublin, Ireland (D11 KV1W) offering hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on partnering closely with site leadership and line managers to deliver and support the strategic business and HR agenda. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and site leaders to implement strategic HR and business plans.
  • Assist managers in improving employee satisfaction, retention, performance, and communication at operational sites.
  • Deliver customer-focused HR services including advising on employee relations, recruitment, HR policies, and project support.
  • Coach managers on applying HR policies and compliance with current and potential employment legislation.
  • Support workforce planning including organization design, resource forecasting, agency usage, and talent identification.
  • Manage employee cases involving disciplinary action, grievance, and sickness, supporting investigations, hearings, and Occupational Health referrals.
  • Work with managers to handle sickness absence, redeployment efforts, and help employees return to work while aiming to reduce overall sickness rates.
  • Provide accurate and timely HR data and reports to HRBPs and managers to support HR processes effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Essential 1-2 years’ HR experience including hands-on employee relations and managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Desirable experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation sectors.
  • Familiarity with Irish employment law and compliance preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication skills capable of engaging multiple stakeholder groups effectively.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent third-level education in Human Resources advantageous.
  • Ability to develop and grow within a fast-paced, site-based environment.
  • Own mode of transport is essential due to responsibilities across multiple sites.
