About the opportunity
This role is for an adaptable and detail-focused HR and operational support professional who can jump in during a busy period and provide immediate, practical help. It is a varied, hands-on position aimed at someone who can keep internal work moving efficiently and improve day-to-day processes.
The client is open to several working arrangements, including a permanent setup or an hourly-rate contract, and part-time hours can also be considered for the right person.
Key focus areas
- Provide everyday support for HR administration, team queries, and general people-related workflows.
- Keep information accurate across internal systems, prepare routine reports, and monitor operational measures.
- Support payroll-related data handling and help ensure smooth, accurate coordination between teams.
What the role requires
- Experience across core HR activities, along with strong comfort using systems and technology.
- Practical knowledge of HR databases, payroll platforms, and reporting tools.
- A proactive, independent approach with an interest in keeping records organized and processes running efficiently.
