Key duties

As a Room Attendant, you will help maintain the hotel's presentation standards and support the wider housekeeping operation.

• Keep cleanliness standards consistently high, including making pillows look neat and ensuring mirrors are spotless.
• Work actively with the team to support guest satisfaction and the efficient day-to-day running of the housekeeping department.
• Contribute to a service culture where the team delivers excellent hospitality while maintaining a positive and enjoyable workplace.
