Job Overview

The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within airport lounge facilities in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include general cleaning tasks, handling guest requests or complaints professionally, managing stock and inventory, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The position requires teamwork in a fast-evolving environment dedicated to making travel better.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing in various lounge areas such as public spaces, shower rooms, back-of-house sections, and buffet counters.
• Assist with loading and unloading food supplies when needed.
• Clear and sanitize tables and service areas promptly after guests finish dining.
• Organize storerooms and perform routine stock checks to ensure orderly inventory management.
• Deliver food, beverages, utensils, and equipment to service points on demand.
• Report any damages, shortages or equipment defects to supervisors immediately.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment correctly and responsibly to maintain their condition.
• Address guest complaints and requests courteously and patiently.
• Adhere strictly to Saudi Arabian health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by supervisory staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality operations.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Basic spoken English proficiency; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
• Flexible to work shift schedules as required.
• Work location: Airport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
