Job Overview

The Ocean Pearl Grandé in Ranchi is seeking both male and female candidates for the position of Housekeeping Attendant. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public spaces within the hotel, supporting laundry operations, and maintaining hygiene standards across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to appropriate standards.
• Change bed linens and replenish room amenities regularly.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness requirements throughout the hotel environment.
• Notify supervisors promptly about any maintenance or repair issues identified.
• Provide assistance with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrate honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred although fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in shifts as per organizational requirements.
