What the Role Involves

You will clean residential properties independently or alongside another cleaner. The work covers move-out cleans, deep cleans, and recurring maintenance cleans, with attention to key living spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. A polished customer experience and professional presentation are expected on every assignment.

Schedule and Coverage

This is year-round work, not seasonal. Jobs are available across Seattle, Cassville, Shell Knob, Branson, and the Tri-Lakes area. You can select assignments that fit your availability and manage your own hours.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings prior cleaning experience, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation to reach job sites. Experience in cleaning or operating a personal cleaning business is considered an advantage. Clear communication, friendly people skills, a positive attitude, and pride in delivering quality results are essential.

Pay and Earnings

Compensation is based on each job rather than a fixed hourly wage, since every home and task differs. Cleaners typically earn the equivalent of $25 to $40 per hour, and the company states that no one has earned below that range. Tips are commonly received in cash or through Venmo, and bonus opportunities may increase total earnings. Payment is issued the same day for completed work.
