Job Overview

The role of Home Loan Executive involves spearheading efforts to generate and convert home loan leads from various sources including DSAs, connectors, and builders. This position demands active client engagement and thorough processing of documentation to ensure smooth loan sanctioning and disbursal.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and generate home loan leads by engaging with the open market and collaborating with DSAs, connectors, or builders.
• Meet clients to verify required documents, manage file processing, and coordinate for timely loan sanction and disbursement.
• Continuously monitor the quality of leads and strive for fast conversion rates in line with set targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and requirements.
• Forge partnerships with builders, DSA groups, and connector associations to facilitate housing loan implementation.
• Liaise with the Loan Processing Centre to guarantee prompt file disbursement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Plan and execute various sales strategies to achieve defined goals.

Required Expertise

• Prior knowledge and understanding of Home Loan products and processes.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients and partners.
• Good grasp of the local market dynamics and potential.

Experience & Education

• Ideally, a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the home loan or related sales sector.
• Minimum educational qualification is completion of Higher Secondary education.
