Role Purpose

We seek motivated individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service while managing deliveries independently on the road. The Home Delivery Driver will act as the company's representative during shopping deliveries, ensuring punctuality and care in food handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely following appropriate heavy lifting and manual handling techniques.
• Maintain adherence to safe driving standards and complete vehicle checks regularly.
• Ensure that grocery items arrive in optimal condition to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Assist inside the store as needed to support team operations.
• Work autonomously managing time and workload efficiently.
• Accommodate flexible shift patterns, which may vary between early mornings at 6am through to late evenings at 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license with at least three years’ experience and fewer than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude with a passion for excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and capable of working effectively to meet deadlines.
• Possess a strong understanding of road safety practices.
