Primary Responsibilities

• Support clients with their personal care needs
• Perform occasional household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal prep assistance
• Drive clients to appointments and assistance with errands

Qualifications

• Successful completion of criminal background check
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation necessary
• Dependable, motivated, energetic, and well-organized individual
• Provide two references: one professional and one personal

Additional Information

Eligible employees and their dependents gain access to health insurance through the SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund, including medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage. After six months of employment and at least 21 years old, staff can join the employer-sponsored retirement plan. Paid time off accrual of up to 75 hours annually is available based on tenure, plus paid holidays for employees working 30+ hours per week with at least one year tenure.
