Job Overview

This role demands the efficient oversight of production planning and stock management across raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The successful candidate will innovate with systems and processes, leveraging available resources and technology to optimize operations.

Key Duties

• Manage production, quality assurance, logistics, and ensure timely deliveries while monitoring variances and yield.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as purchase, quality assurance, and research and development to achieve operational goals.
• Partner with the engineering team to conduct regular breakdown and preventive maintenance to maintain full machine availability.
• Lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives to foster a culture of zero accidents and non-compliance within the unit.
• Maintain plant infrastructure and equipment adhering to strong engineering standards and implement 5S workplace practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations by conducting periodic audits and addressing any gaps identified.
• Drive productivity improvements through 5S initiatives and resolve process or machine-related bottlenecks.
• Implement and comply with review mechanisms including DFC, IRM, and OAAP reporting systems.
• Review and approve expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies prior to submission.
