About the Role
Cloudera seeks a mid-senior level leader to define and drive the expansion of its Training business across the EMEA region. This role serves as a critical link connecting customer demands, ecosystem partners, and internal teams, ensuring training solutions are market-aligned and contribute strategically to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the EMEA training strategy, aligning course offerings with market needs, emerging technologies like AI and data analytics, and regional goals.
- Serve as the primary channel for market intelligence by analyzing customer feedback, field insights, and delivery outcomes to guide training content updates and portfolio development.
- Collaborate closely with enablement and content teams to ensure training programs are scalable, relevant, and profitable.
- Expand and nurture a focused ecosystem involving partners, academic institutions, and strategic alliances to enhance training reach.
- Discover and activate new demand sources, including leveraging enterprise learning and development budgets, workforce transformation initiatives, and government-funded programs.
- Act as a coordination hub across sales, delivery, and product teams to maintain consistency among sold offerings, delivery execution, and curriculum evolution.
- Implement structured mechanisms to monitor training effectiveness, adoption rates, quality, and identify gaps for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in professional services or consulting roles.
- Capability to translate market requirements into structured training programs.
- Proven success working collaboratively across diverse stakeholders such as sales, delivery, and product enablement teams.
- Strong commercial insight with understanding of how training initiatives support revenue generation.
- Background in partnerships, ecosystem cultivation or education initiatives is highly advantageous.
- Proactive and organized mindset, comfortable navigating dynamic, evolving environments.
