Role Overview

As the Head of Technology, you will join a thriving business poised for growth, tasked with defining and implementing innovative technology strategies, particularly leveraging AI and automation, to enhance operational efficiency, customer value, and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish a clear technology vision and execute initiatives that unlock the company's untapped potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing systems, data infrastructure, and integration points to identify friction areas and prioritize impactful technology improvements.
• Drive adoption of AI tools across departments, ensuring they become integral to daily workflows rather than isolated experiments.
• Lead at least two significant automation or AI projects that demonstrably reduce costs, save time, or minimize manual effort within the first year.
• Enhance business intelligence tools to support faster, more informed leadership decision-making aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the organization's security posture and cultivate awareness of technology and data risks.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid work model with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday, working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Remote work is permitted on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility supporting personal and family needs. The role demands active engagement with the on-site team to foster trust and effective leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 plus performance-based bonus.
