About the Role

A well-established Christian Crèche, Preschool, Nursery, and Primary School situated in Sangotedo, Ajah near Novare Mall, Lagos, is searching for a capable and goal-oriented Head of School. This leadership position entails overseeing academic programs, managing administrative duties, supervising staff, and spearheading the overall school expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the academic, administrative, and staff operations of the school.
• Drive growth initiatives to increase pupil enrolment and expand the school's reach.
• Ensure effective curriculum development and academic administration aligned with educational standards.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing transparent communication and fostering collaboration.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or a related degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
• Demonstrate substantial experience working in early childhood education settings, including Nursery and Primary levels.
• Have proven leadership skills in school management and overseeing staff performance.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in curricular planning and academic supervision.
• Proven track record in promoting enrolment growth and school development.
• Showcase excellent communication skills alongside adept stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Embody strong Christian values and consistent moral integrity.
• Applicants residing within the Ajah, Sangotedo, or Lekki-Epe regions are especially encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Location: Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos.
• Salary range between ₦250,000 and ₦350,000 monthly.
• Performance bonuses tied to enrolment targets.
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage included.
