Head of Operations

Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to direct and manage the operational divisions of the organization. This senior leadership role demands the development and execution of operational strategies, enhancement of business processes, and leadership of cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement operational strategies that support the organization’s vision, objectives, and expansion plans.
• Supervise daily business operations to maintain efficiency, boost productivity, and guarantee superior service quality.
• Design and refine operational workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks consistently.
• Track essential operational metrics and key performance indicators, offering analysis and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Lead initiatives to achieve operational excellence, including process optimization, automation, and cost-saving programs.
• Collaborate with heads of departments to ensure operational efforts align with business targets and customer requirements.
• Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning, budgeting processes, and operational forecasting.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
• Guide change management, organizational transformation, and continuous process improvement projects.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, quality norms, and operational controls.
• Mentor and develop managerial staff and operational teams to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Assist in strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and exploration of new opportunities.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports and executive summaries to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, business leadership, supply chain, logistics, or related sectors at a senior level.
• In-depth knowledge of operational strategies, process enhancements, and organizational performance metrics.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional groups and oversee significant operational functions.
• Strong analytical skills with effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent leadership qualities paired with proficient communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems, ERP, data analytics, and operational reporting software.
• Capability to excel in fast-moving, dynamic, and growth-centric environments.
• Solid commercial insight and strategic business knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred; MBA or comparable leadership credentials are advantageous.
