Role overview

This is a senior in-house marketing leadership opportunity based across the Fylde Coast. You will guide the marketing direction for a group of distinctive consumer brands, working directly with the principal and helping connect strategy across the wider portfolio. The position is designed for someone who can shape a centralised marketing function and build a capable internal team.

What you will do

You will take full ownership of the marketing plan for the brand portfolio and work with project leads to decide where investment should go and what results it should generate. The role gives you scope to structure and grow the in-house team in the way you believe will work best.

Your remit will cover paid media, organic growth, content, brand, CRM, social channels, and partnerships. You will also lead marketing support for significant upcoming initiatives, including campaigns ahead of launch. A key part of the job is turning each initiative into a clear commercial proposal, showing the expected spend, return, and reasoning behind the decision.
