About the Role

We are partnering with a prestigious law firm in London that is experiencing growth to fill the key leadership position of Head of Innovation. This role involves shaping and steering the overall innovation strategy to support the firm's evolution by collaborating closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic organizational change, spearheading initiatives that enhance operational methods, and ensuring innovation efforts translate into measurable benefits throughout the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the firm's innovation strategy in alignment with core business objectives.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of innovative projects from initial ideas to full implementation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to uncover and capitalize on opportunities for business enhancement and transformational change.
• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, new workflows, and updated processes organization-wide.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of innovation initiatives and confirm that they produce concrete business results.
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends and cultivate partnerships with external collaborators and suppliers.

Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in leading innovation, transformation, or strategic change programs within legal services, ideally in a law firm setting.
• Commercially astute with a strong focus on delivery and a solid grasp of current AI developments impacting the legal sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with proven influence at executive levels.
• History of delivering measurable outcomes that support business growth and efficiency.

Compensation
