Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Human Resources to direct the entire HR function for the group and deliver an effective people strategy that aligns with the company’s robust ambitions. Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, this role demands an individual experienced in managing diverse businesses and workforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute an HR strategy in line with business priorities.
• Provide trusted consultancy to senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning to secure and retain top talent.
• Oversee areas including performance management, succession, employee growth, and career development.
• Initiate employee engagement programs to improve productivity and workplace culture.
• Manage compensation and benefits ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Lead learning and development initiatives to strengthen overall capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies, handling visa processing and employee documentation.
• Handle employee relations, conflict management, grievance, and disciplinary processes with discretion and professionalism.
• Improve HR systems, governance, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Guide and develop the HR team with clear accountability and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; master’s degree or recognized HR certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing a group-wide HR function within the UAE.
• Preferred experience in engineering, construction, real estate, or similar complex environments.
• Thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law and modern HR practices.
• History of crafting HR strategies that yield measurable business impact.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and influencing abilities.
• High ethical standards and dependable decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools.
