Role overview
This position oversees human resources, administrative operations, and office IT-related support for Europe, while also assisting colleagues across the region. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes, employee outsourcing, HB records, and matters related to tax and social security.
- Build, roll out, and keep improving HR policies, recruitment structures, and internal procedures in line with legal requirements and current market standards.
- Support compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and talent review activities.
- Work with the Head of Europe to shape and execute regional plans that support the wider business direction.
- Partner with HRBP teams to implement HQ or group-wide HR initiatives at the local level.
- Review market information and business requirements to strengthen organizational performance and effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to HQ stakeholders and business leaders.
- Take full responsibility for team budget planning, expenditure control, office operations, and administrative management.
- Improve processes, lead the team, and coordinate internal workflows across functions.
Qualifications
The employer is looking for a professional with a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, along with 8–10+ years of experience in HR and office management. A working understanding of IT infrastructure is also expected.

The successful candidate should be able to work independently, take initiative in shaping the role, manage time effectively, interact well with people, stay flexible, and handle multiple priorities at once. Strong computer literacy is required, including confidence with office software, online platforms, and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
