Role overview

AAA Global’s client, a sizable and well-capitalized financial services organization, is launching a crypto trading venture and wants a seasoned systematic trader to take charge of the buildout. The position offers the chance to create a trading desk from the ground up, with strong backing, a long-term outlook, and broad scope to define the strategy and operating model.

Location

The role is available in Singapore, Dubai, or Gurgaon, India, and visa sponsorship is available.

What the role involves

The selected leader will help establish and grow the crypto trading business, drawing on hands-on systematic trading experience across the entire trading process. The mandate includes shaping research, execution, risk controls, and reporting as the desk scales.

Requirements

• A demonstrated history of generating profits through systematic crypto trading.
• Advanced programming ability in Python and/or C++.
• Practical exposure to the complete trading workflow, from research and execution through to risk management and performance reporting.
• A strong quantitative foundation.

Compensation

Pay will be negotiated and matched to the candidate’s experience and proven track record.
