Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and development of Proliance in close partnership with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end management of mergers & acquisitions activities including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead execution of strategic growth initiatives aimed at sustainable scaling of the company.
• Plan and monitor corporate strategies and OKRs, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO on transformation projects.
• Lead and develop a small specialized Corporate Development and M&A team and manage external consultants.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business, natural sciences, or technical fields; MBA is a plus.
• Several years of demonstrated experience in M&A, corporate development, or top management consulting with a proven track record in executing and integrating complex transactions.
• Solid expertise in designing and implementing growth strategies, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
• Experience with OKR implementation, transformation, and change management processes, ideally collaborating closely with C-level executives.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical thinking coupled with decisive execution skills.
• Experience driving data-driven growth initiatives and digital projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both German and English.
