About the Role

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking an experienced, customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office Team in Yulara, Northern Territory, located near the iconic Uluru landmark. This full-time, onsite position offers a unique opportunity to live and work in a culturally significant and picturesque environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a representative and ambassador of the resort, making all guests feel welcome and valued.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout every stage of their stay.
• Handle all guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately process hotel charges to guest accounts and securely handle payments.
• Utilize Opera Cloud system is highly desirable for performing front office tasks.
