Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and scale marketing systems and processes that support business expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Kindo and Ezlunch products.
  • Manage Kindo's website and digital footprint, including content such as case studies, product descriptions, and resources targeting schools and parents.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Customer Success teams to create timely campaigns supporting acquisition and growth objectives.
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle communications through email and apps to boost caregiver activation and product engagement.
  • Explore and capitalize on growth prospects through affiliate and partner networks.
  • Provide regular reporting—daily, weekly, monthly—on both Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in a growth marketing or similar capacity, preferably within SaaS, edtech, or fintech industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating, implementing, and managing innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.
