Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and scale marketing systems and processes that support business expansion. Your work will involve integrating customer insights, field feedback, and technology to foster growth throughout Kindo's customer lifecycle.

This role demands a proactive, hands-on approach to detecting and testing new growth initiatives for an expanding user base composed of schools and caregivers. You will be encouraged to design new procedures and enhance the effectiveness of marketing investments.

Collaboration will be key, working alongside teams from Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Design, and external freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Kindo and Ezlunch products.
• Manage Kindo's website and digital footprint, including content such as case studies, product descriptions, and resources targeting schools and parents.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Customer Success teams to create timely campaigns supporting acquisition and growth objectives.
• Develop and optimize lifecycle communications through email and apps to boost caregiver activation and product engagement.
• Explore and capitalize on growth prospects through affiliate and partner networks.
• Provide regular reporting—daily, weekly, monthly—on both Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a growth marketing or similar capacity, preferably within SaaS, edtech, or fintech industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating, implementing, and managing innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify new growth avenues.
• Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and content management systems.
• Practical experience with Marketing Automation tools and CRM software to construct, segment, and optimize customer lifecycle and nurturing processes.
• Regular utilization of AI tools to enhance productivity and scalability, coupled with a willingness to explore emerging technologies and work methodologies.
• A history of innovation and experimentation, including developing scalable marketing systems and campaigns.
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
• A keen focus on optimization, willingness to challenge the norm, and a drive to ask critical questions.
