Jar achieved profitability by January 2025 and continues on a path of sustainable growth.

Role Overview

This internship provides an opportunity to apply analytical skills to understand user behavior and contribute to product-led growth by supporting product and growth teams in enhancing in-app engagement and retention. Interns will gain first-hand experience in building, testing, and scaling user engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of A/B testing and product features, converting data into useful insights for business and product groups.
• Verify data integrity through event testing, manual checks, and collaborative issue resolution with technical teams.
• Maintain data trackers and perform quantitative data analyses aiding decision-making processes.
• Assist Product Managers and business teams with opportunity identification and insight-driven innovation.
• Develop and refine strategies for in-app user engagement using tools like Plotline and Clevertap, continuously improving interaction rates.
• Employ Python programming for comprehensive reporting and sophisticated data analysis.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA from a reputable institution.
• Proficiency in Excel and fundamental Python programming skills are mandatory.
• Strong eagerness to learn and explore product analytics platforms.
• Innovative thinking to devise user engagement and communication strategies.
• Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
