Role Overview

The Growth & Data Individual Contributor will take comprehensive responsibility over growth challenges, leading initiatives from initial discovery through to execution. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to detect new business opportunities, set priorities, and convert complex questions into actionable growth projects.
• Conduct user research by gathering interviews, analyzing feedback, and exploring data trends to enhance product uptake and customer satisfaction.
• Design, implement, and review experiments, campaigns, and statistical analyses aimed at fueling business growth and refining product performance.
• Create lightweight internal data tools and applications to accelerate decision-making processes across teams.
• Develop and uphold scalable data models and integrate diverse product, marketing, and commercial systems into a unified data infrastructure.
• Advocate for transparent, practical, and effective data measurement approaches to improve how business performance is tracked and assessed.
• Engage in both strategic and technical projects, assuming full ownership from identifying problems to delivering implemented solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Substantial experience in growth-oriented data roles, analytics engineering, product analytics or as a versatile data professional, preferably within a high-growth, product-focused environment.
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and leveraging modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics tools is essential.
• Familiarity with current data architectures and business intelligence technologies, coupled with adaptability to new innovations.
• Capability to transform business issues into structured analytical models and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to collaborate closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous settings, managing trade-offs between speed, quality, and impact effectively.
• A proactive and driven approach, with enthusiasm for experimentation, continuous development, and comprehensive problem-solving.
