Role Overview

The Keyes Company is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join their team. This in-house position focuses on designing visual assets across various media that align with the brand's identity and support divisions such as mortgage, insurance, property management, and title. The role combines solid graphic design fundamentals with modern AI tools to accelerate concept development while preserving high quality and brand coherence.

Key Duties

Design captivating graphic materials, including illustrations, animations, infographics, e-blasts, brochures, charts, certificates, logos, and signage.
Innovate creative design solutions specifically tailored for recruiting efforts, listing initiatives, and company programs.
Ensure strict adherence to brand standards and creative strategic goals across all projects.
Collaborate with external vendors such as designers, marketers, web developers, and printers to complete deliverables.
Improve and optimize templates to boost agent effectiveness and promote adoption of company tools.
Translate project needs into original, goal-oriented creative concepts.
Support the planning and direction of photo and video shoots as part of art direction duties.
Safeguard confidential information and comply with organizational policies in project management.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to internal procedures and service-level agreements.
Utilize AI-assisted production tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT) to increase ideation speed, create variations, and streamline workflows, ensuring brand-consistent and rights-observant final outputs.
Develop scalable AI-enabled templates and creative processes to empower agents to generate on-brand materials autonomously, enhancing output and engagement across various offices.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline preferred.
Between 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic and digital design is essential.
Experience within the real estate sector is advantageous.
Background in B2B marketing is considered a plus.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
Familiarity with Figma for web and digital design, including shared design systems, is necessary.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and animation is beneficial.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of print production processes and preparing print-ready files.
Sound judgment around the use of AI tools, keeping brand safety, intellectual property, and quality standards in mind.
Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, adaptability, and enthusiasm for emerging creative technologies.

Desirable Additional Skills

Video editing experience.
Exposure to web and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Squarespace from a design perspective.
