Graphic Designer - Multidisciplinary Design Expert (Remote, Contract)

Role Summary

We are seeking a versatile Design Expert with multidisciplinary skills to join us on a contract basis, working remotely. The role involves evaluating and refining design materials, especially around visual and UX/UI components, while contributing to AI-driven design enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically analyze design interview content focusing on layout, visual hierarchy, and user experience.
• Review AI-created materials to ensure quality, usability, and adherence to up-to-date design standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance visual structure and user-centered design.
• Work closely with AI training teams to ensure the design output aligns with current industry practices.
• Apply deep knowledge of design in practical contexts to improve AI tools continuously.
• Advocate for consistent branding and user-focused design principles across evaluated items.

Requirements

• Demonstrated multidisciplinary design background supported by a compelling portfolio.
• Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual design fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD).
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and employing user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate and develop branding and visual identity frameworks.

Compensation and Work Details

This is a contract role with flexible weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40. Compensation is between $15 and $40 per hour. The position is fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States.
