Overview

Chazak Rescue is looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join their team in a remote full-time capacity. The designer will create visually compelling content that reflects the nonprofit's mission to assist those in need. Collaboration with the PR team, staff, and volunteers is key for producing graphics for digital platforms, printed materials, websites, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging, high-quality designs across social media, newsletters, print flyers, and promotional materials.
Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all visuals adhere to Chazak Rescue's guidelines and embody the organization's mission and values.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to align graphic content with Chazak Rescue’s messaging and campaigns.
Create and organize digital assets, templates, and promotional graphics for various events and outreach efforts.
Design event-related materials including signage, banners, and other promotional items to support organizational initiatives.
Produce impactful designs that increase awareness and inspire action towards Chazak Rescue’s goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrable graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as other tools such as Figma and Canva.
A portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and a strong design aesthetic across multiple media types.
Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to manage numerous projects without compromising quality.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to develop professional skills and expand design knowledge.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Passion for supporting Chazak Rescue’s mission and alignment with the organization's values.
Basic photography skills are advantageous.

Compensation & Terms

Currently, this position is unpaid due to budget constraints. Prospective hires must be willing to either delay the start date until funding is secured, raise individual support to fund their role, or volunteer initially until financial resources become available. The organization is open to engaging a candidate with the understanding of such conditions.
