The Opportunity

Located in Ahuriri/Napier, the PwC Private team seeks Graduates commencing February 2027. You'll collaborate with varied clients, including family enterprises, startups, and prominent New Zealand brands, providing advisory support and compliance services. Experience spans financial analysis, enhancing business performance, accounting and tax compliance, finance technology adoption, and business transactions.

You'll leverage data, automation, and AI technologies to deliver informed insights and enable better client decisions. Building commercial acumen, digital capabilities, and client relationships will be central to your role. Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Commerce/Business with an Accounting focus or Laws or another related tertiary qualification.
• Final-year students or recent graduates eligible.
• Intent to pursue Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualifications.
• Strong academic records.
• Proficient communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-driven and curious learner with eagerness to grow.
• Ability to cultivate strong working relationships within teams and clients.
• Exceptional organisational skills managing multiple priorities.
• Proven leadership through various activities such as employment, sports, volunteering, or extracurricular engagements.
