Graduate Engineer

Role overview

We are looking for a recent engineering graduate to join a global technical construction contractor in Frankfurt, Germany. The position comes with a salary of €42,000 to €45,000, plus travel allowance, accommodation, career progression, training, and holidays. An immediate start is available.

You will be joining a major contractor delivering large-scale projects across the UK and Europe, including a new data centre project in Frankfurt. The role offers hands-on exposure to different project stages and the chance to build a broad foundation in high-tech construction.

What the role involves

In this position, you will take ownership of process systems and help coordinate activity between stakeholders on site. You will support delivery across multiple phases of the project and work closely with experienced professionals to keep operations running smoothly.

The company operates across data centres and other mission-critical environments, and this role is designed to provide structured development toward more senior positions such as Senior Project Manager and Project Director. Once the Frankfurt project is complete, there may be opportunities to travel within the UK and internationally.

Working arrangement

This is a site-based role working five days a week, Monday to Friday, on a construction project in Frankfurt.

Candidate profile

Applicants should hold a degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering. A proactive attitude is important, along with the willingness to work hard and learn from senior industry leaders. A driving licence is required, and candidates must have an EU passport or legal permission to work in Germany.
