Role Responsibilities

• Provide assistance across various residential and commercial architectural projects.
• Prepare documentation for building regulations and planning permissions submissions.
• Support projects from initial concept stages through to completion.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects meet technical standards and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree qualification in Architectural Technology.
• Post-qualification experience in a related position is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Revit software.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations.
• Good technical knowledge accompanied by effective presentation abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reside within commuting distance of Coventry.
