About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Google & Meta Ads Media Buyer to join a U.S.-based digital marketing and advertising firm. This full-time position requires an individual who excels in campaign execution, performance enhancement, and data-informed decision making. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several client accounts using Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, designing strategies that boost performance, optimize return on ad spend, and align with client marketing goals.
Primary Duties
- Design, implement, and oversee campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads across multiple clients.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to enhance ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct detailed audience research to develop effective targeting methods.
- Manage ad budgets and pacing to ensure effective expenditure.
- Perform keyword and audience segmentation research coupled with competitor analyses.
- Formulate testing approaches for creatives, audiences, bidding models, placements, and campaign structures.
- Interpret campaign data and produce reports with clear, actionable advice.
- Work closely with creative teams to craft high-impact advertisements and messaging.
- Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform tools to monitor performance.
- Explore new avenues for growth within Google and Meta advertising channels.
Candidate Requirements
- An English resume.
- Native or near-native fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 5 years managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience working with U.S. digital marketing or advertising agencies.
- Proficient in simultaneously handling multiple client accounts.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding, and conversion tracking.
- Proven capability in managing budgets to improve key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Strong skills in generating performance reports and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours is mandatory.
Additional Information
The salary range is fixed between $3,000 and $3,300 USD per month. This position requires working onsite in South Africa with availability aligned to U.S. business hours.
