Role Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead global training initiatives for Gallagher Security, a New Zealand-founded global technology enterprise. Based in Hamilton, you will manage a team of 12 and play a pivotal role in aligning stakeholders with a clear learning vision on a worldwide scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate for Gallagher Security's global training vision.
• Formulate and implement a strategy and roadmap for scalable training delivery across international teams.
• Enhance consistency, quality, and effectiveness of training across regional and head office departments.
• Utilize customer, channel, and market feedback to maintain relevant and impactful training programs.
• Measure training outcomes and drive ongoing improvements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with experience defining direction, inspiring teams, and implementing impactful global learning programs. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively within complex organizational environments.

The role involves working across multiple international markets and requires international travel approximately 3 to 4 times annually to engage with global offices and regional teams.
