Global Head of Data Analytics

Role Overview

DramaBox is looking for a senior data analytics leader to own business metric systems, deepen user behavior understanding, and turn analytical insights into practical product and operational improvements. This position is based in Singapore and requires on-site work.

Core Responsibilities

• Create a framework for business metrics, set up monitoring and early-alert mechanisms, and build post-incident data recovery methods to evaluate overall business performance.
• Work with the Data Product team to develop visual reporting tools such as Tableau dashboards that convert data assets into usable business tools.
• Use analytics platforms such as Sensors Data to investigate user behavior in detail, produce diagnostic findings, and recommend operational actions.
• Convert business analysis needs into Data Product Requirement Documents and oversee delivery from development through launch.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, handle recurring daily data requests, and continuously refine event tracking and SDK tagging setups to support product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in internet data roles; prior work on collaborative data product projects is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills, including advanced querying and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform such as Tableau, including dashboard creation from scratch.
• Ability to quickly understand business data structures and translate them into measurable metrics.
• Strong ability to turn business requirements into product-ready data solutions.
• Experience with technical communication and project coordination or management is an advantage.
• Sharp data sense, solid product thinking, and commercial awareness; experience in the film, television, or content industry is a notable plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills, strong self-motivation, and a highly results-driven working style.
