Role Overview

The position is for a General Manager (Projects Head) based in Haldia, West Bengal, offering a competitive annual package ranging from 1.4 to 2 million INR. The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience and an educational background in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate tenders through detailed analysis and create strategic bidding cost estimates.
• Manage contract processes including bid preparation, execution, and ensuring compliance with related regulations.
• Oversee adherence to statutory obligations and internal policies across projects.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, and management to ensure project delivery.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports, memos, and escalate critical information to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.).
• Excellent proficiency in English communication.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract management and operational strategies.
• Preferably with experience in EPC projects within rail, warehouse, logistics, port, or mining industries.
