Job Overview
As the General Manager at our Schuylkill Haven location, you will oversee store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service, handling various tasks from inventory management to delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate all store equipment efficiently and safely.
- Manage the stocking of ingredients from deliveries to storage areas including walk-in coolers and work stations.
- Prepare food products accurately following company standards.
- Handle telephone orders from customers and ensure correct processing.
- Conduct inventory counts regularly and complete related documentation thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and facilities on a near daily basis.
- Perform precise mathematical calculations quickly and accurately, including making correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone communication skills effectively for order taking and processing.
- Demonstrate hand-eye coordination for fast and accurate order fulfillment using touch screens or keyboards.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members in person and over the phone to ensure orders are correctly handled.
- Deliver products by vehicle to customers' doors, navigating diverse environments including multi-level buildings and private residences.
- Distribute marketing materials like flyers and door hangers within designated areas.
- Utilize map reading and navigation skills to locate addresses within the delivery zone.
