Role Overview

The role demands deep expertise in TypeScript and React, including advanced hooks, Suspense, and current architectural patterns like Server Components. Familiarity with Next.js's App Router distinguishing server and client components, layouts, route handlers, and middleware is essential. Proficiency with UI frameworks such as MUI, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui, along with modern state management using Redux Toolkit or similar, is required. Experience with NextAuth incorporating OIDC for session management, protected routes, and role-aware interfaces is necessary. The candidate will work with typed REST API clients handling retries, error boundaries, along with empty and loading state management.

The position also involves working with collaborative text editing technologies like Lexical, Yjs, or ProseMirror, and utilizing Apollo GraphQL at a platform depth. Knowledge of Prisma for data layer work is preferred, including advanced tasks. The role includes exposure to Cloudflare Workers for edge computing, Terragrunt/Atlantis for frontend operations requiring new AWS resources, and familiarity with LangChain and agentic workflows for orchestration support and troubleshooting. Monitoring tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith (or equivalents) for distinguishing between agent/LLM behavior and frontend issues during incident management are valued. Prior experience in QA/QE or significant test infrastructure development is advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with product designers and working directly from design tools such as Figma.
