Job Overview
Join Enterprise Mobility as a dedicated Full-Time Automotive Detailer located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role requires a committed individual responsible for ensuring vehicles meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards through comprehensive detailing and inspection.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The hourly wage rate is $17.20.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean, disinfect, vacuum, and ready vehicle interiors following industry-leading protocols.
- Wash, clean, and dry exteriors of various vehicles including cars, vans, and trucks.
- Conduct fuel level checks and warning light inspections; assess windshield condition; reset vehicle systems to erase prior customer data; identify and secure any customer valuables.
- Verify regulatory documents match vehicle registration; inspect fluid levels and replenish when needed.
- Check tire state including pressure and tread depth, and examine exterior for any damages.
- Fuel vehicles and position them appropriately.
- Assess vehicle safety aspects, promptly reporting any issues or damages and removing problematic vehicles from processing if necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas while reporting unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Use specialized equipment like carpet shampooers and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors effectively.
- Support customers when needed, including transporting them to and from branch locations.
- Keep the branch premises tidy, including cleaning of interior areas and exterior surroundings such as desktops, phones, floors, bathrooms, and parking lots.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid Manitoba Class 5I or Class 5 Full driver’s license with a clean driving record—no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driver record in the past five years.
- Authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds to assist customers.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, except for religious accommodations.
