Role Overview

Foodpanda is the premier on-demand food delivery service in Singapore, connecting numerous renowned restaurants with customers swiftly. We are seeking a proactive and motivated Fulfillment Associate to assist with daily warehouse activities in Singapore. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute and manage warehouse procedures, including inbound and outbound processes, adhering to schedule
• Follow established SOPs to ensure smooth flow of goods and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Conduct inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, expiry verifications, stock replenishment, and FIFO compliance while upholding food safety standards
• Lead by example and direct agency pickers to allocate tasks effectively to satisfy operational targets within designated timeframes
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on staffing needs and daily workforce deployment
• Provide monthly support for cross-store deployments based on operational demand
• Engage in Workplace Safety & Health protocols, performing routine safety assessments to ensure compliance
• Maintain adherence to company quality SOPs and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) standards, serving as a role model for agency staff
• Oversee upkeep and servicing of warehouse tools and equipment to guarantee operational readiness
• Troubleshoot company platform issues and generate support tickets for access problems as needed
• Utilize updated SOP resources and materials available on company shared drives for knowledge enhancement
• Complete all data entry and compliance reporting in line with SOP requirements
• Keep work zones clean, organized, and conducive to efficient order fulfillment and restocking
• Promote safe workplace behavior by monitoring peers and contractors for health and safety observance

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Self-driven with autonomy in work execution
• Good comprehension and habitual practice of 5S methodology to maintain workplace orderliness
• Comfortable using technology such as mobile devices and computers for communication and operations
• English reading, writing, and communication proficiency is essential
• Flexibility to work at various locations within a cluster as per the operational roster
• Strong work attendance with adherence to leave policies
• Previous experience in warehouse or retail settings is beneficial
• Familiarity with Warehouse or Inventory Management Systems is advantageous
