Role Overview

This opportunity is for a front-of-house team member at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Clarksville, Indiana. The position can involve a mix of guest-service and dining-room support tasks depending on business needs.

Busser Duties

• Set up the dining area for guests by cleaning tables and chairs before service.
• Clear used plates as guests finish, and stay attentive to spills or other table-side needs.
• Keep the dining room tidy by wiping tables and chairs, sweeping floors, removing waste, and handling spill cleanups.
• Follow sanitation and safety practices to help protect guests and the business.
• Take on any additional tasks assigned by management.

Food Runner Duties

• Bring orders from the kitchen to guests in the dining room and make sure they have what they need.
• Refill beverages and address guest requests after meals are delivered.
• Follow sanitation and safety practices to help protect guests and the business.
• Complete other duties as directed by management.
