Job Overview
This position involves working the night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM and requires warmly welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Manage and respond to emails as well as general inquiries.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meeting calendars.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services efficiently.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and front desk records.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.
- Ensure the reception space remains tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Conduct various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
