Role Overview

We are seeking a freelance Influencer Relations Coordinator based in Doha, Qatar to organize and oversee influencer partnerships. You will partner with our creative and production teams to handle the entire influencer campaign cycle, from research and outreach through to delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and select relevant influencers and content creators within Qatar.
• Create targeted influencer lists tailored to each brand's audience and campaign goals.
• Manage outreach efforts, negotiate terms, and maintain communications with influencers and their representatives.
• Develop clear briefs and coordinate content submission schedules, approvals, and deadlines.
• Organize influencer invitations to events, manage attendance, and coordinate product gifting.
• Monitor and document published influencer content and compile comprehensive post-campaign analyses.
• Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with influencers and local community stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years' experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management.
• Detailed knowledge of the influencer ecosystem in Qatar.
• Established connections with local influencers, creators, or talent agencies.
• Fluent in English, with Arabic or Russian language skills considered an advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple influencer engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and managing details efficiently.
• Residency in Doha with availability to attend local events and activations in person.

Work Conditions & Compensation

This position is a freelance role without permanent employment status. Compensation is project-based, with fees, timelines, and deliverables agreed upon prior to each engagement. The workload fluctuates aligned to the agency's project schedule.
